Does Impact Kitchen use nuts?

Nuts and other allergens are used in many of Impact Kitchen's menu items. Please be aware that our food contains, may contain or may have come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, milk, mustard, soybeans, tree nuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, peanuts, and fish.

DOES IMPACT KITCHEN HAVE OUTDOOR SEATING?

We have cafe patios at all dine-in locations which include Impact Corktown, Impact King West, Impact Summerhill, Impact Harbourfront and Impact Liberty Village.

DOES IMPACT KITCHEN PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?

We do not provide the nutritional information for our menu as we have made a conscious effort to avoid counting and focus on nutrient dense, well balanced, minimally processed foods.

IS IMPACT KITCHEN PACKAGING SUSTAINABLE & ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

All Impact Kitchen Takeout and Catering packaging is either 100% compostable or recyclable. We also accept our glass soup jars and juice bottles for return at any location for a 25 cent loyalty credit per bottle.
